The ClubSite-CMS website software comes with the following features as standard:

• Web content editor for the creation or editing of web pages in a familiar Word like editor. Automatic generation of menu buttons for all your web content, you can even create sub menus.
• Event manager/calendar - publish your yearly event calendar in the event manager and the site will automatically update only ever showing future events. The most current events are prominently displayed on the home page.
• Mailing list/newsletter function - let users subscribe to your mailing list so you can contact them with the latest news and updates. Easily create and send messages to your mailing list no matter what the size. Easily delete unconfirmed and bouncing email addresses, blacklist feature, import/export mailing list. Supports HTML emails.
• Notice Board - post articles or news updates to the Notice board which is prominently displayed on the Home page.
• Image gallery - upload your images straight from your camera. Images are automatically resized and thumbnails created for you. Organise images into albums. Images are randomly displayed throughout the site.
• Contact form - let users contact you via the contact form. This saves your email address from being harvested by the spammers. A Captcha image security measure is also used to avoid auto spam submissions.
• Links section - Quickly build a links page.
• Internal search engine - dynamic internal search engine.
• Print me function - displays an article on a printer friendly page.
• Email to a friend function - A user can send a web page article to a friend.
• Sponsor advertising feature - Recoup your website running costs by selling advertising space on your website. Upload a sponsors logo, select the advertising run time and the logo and link will be displayed on all the site's pages for the allotted time.
• Online help and support system - Need help! Use our online help system or create a support request. We are always here to assist you in managing your website.

You can choose to have your website fully managed by us if you'd prefer, we realise how busy club life can be, for a small annual fee we will update your event programme, add/edit web content, send newsletters to your mailing list, or any other task as often as you want, whenever you want. All you have to do is email the details and we'll take care of it for you.
